 CNC MACHINING CENTERS- Horizontal and Vertical Milling and drilling up to 4 axis. Complex components, Plastic to Exotic materials. We are your single source for a complete product. CNC TURNING CENTERS- Swiss style turning to 20mm in 5 axis. Mill/Turn Centers with a bar capacity of 2-3/4" diameter with the ability to manufacture complex parts in 7 axis. SECONDARY OPERATIONS- Precision Grinding and Lapping on metals and ceramics to close tolerances and fine finishes down to 2 micro inches. We can achieve special finishes by polishing, bead blasting, Electro Plating, and painting. We assembly components into sub assemblies and assemblies for OEM manufacturers. Precision machined components represent a major design commitment. We match that commitment with equipment and processes capable of machining virtually any material into finished parts.
